You've decided to begin a wonderful adventure - you've decided to become a Mentee!

With that all important first decision made now it's our job to help you learn how to prepare yourself to get the most out of your mentoring experience.

This course has been developed to help you learn all the basics of mentoring. Entering into any new relationship can be a bit scary, but we're going to take you step-by-step through all the stages of becoming a succesful Mentee.

If this is your first time in the training and especially if this is your first time as a Mentee it will be important for you to review ALL the material in each of the sections. This site will cover everything from what mentoring is to your responsibilities as a Mentee, how to send your first e-mail and even how to end your mentoring relationship. Each section will build on the knowledge you've gained by reading the previous section. We don't want you to miss out on any information that can help provide you with the very best mentoring experience possible.

Before we start to discuss the specifics of mentoring, let's move on to section 1.2 where we will show you how our screens work. You'll quickly see how easy it is to move around the entire site and within each section.
